TASSLEHOFF BURRFOOT

Starring Tom Hanks as Tasslehoff Burrfoot

FADE IN on a single white feather on the breeze it floats past Tasslehoff Burrfoot (hence known as TB [that's a disease, you know]). TB picks it up and puts it in his pouch. No one is around, but fortunately for TB, he notices that there's a director, a camera man, and a best boy sitting across from him.

TB: Hello! My name's Tasslehoff, Tasslehoff Burrfoot. Did you drop this? (TB holds out a film canister. Best Boy takes it) (TB opens his pouch) I have about a million and a half things in here. Tanis always said, "Life is like a kender's pouch -- you never know what you're gonna find, but it's usually yours anyway." (closes his pouch but not without adding a small stone) I'm not sure what he meant by that. Tanis says a lot of things I don't understand. Tanis told me once not to do anything that isn't "conducive to a long life," whatever that means. I go lots of places, and I find things wherever I go. Once, I found a wooly mammoth, but Tanis said I had to put it back. I've done lot's of things. I met a god once. He didn't look or act like a god, but he was a god. He's a close personal friend of mine now. Once I found this ring....
