Is It A Surprise That We're Inconsistent?
Yes dear fans, we know that we're inconsistent when it comes to updates. In fact, we've become even more sporadic and flighty lately, worse than a herd of kender on their ADD medication. Our last update was the beginning of April... April Fool's Day in fact.
Ah... we did garner one heck of a reaction for that little prank! We will admit, we weren't overly surprised. But our motto has always been "nothing is holy!" We mock freely and willingly. We'll even mock ourselves if the need arises.
That being said, we do need a new newsletter writer. A certain lich is out in the garden pushing up daisies.
We would like to issue an announcement. We are taking an extended vacation for the summer. For those loyal fans who have been with us for a long time, it shouldn't come as a surprise to see the site not update for a few months. It's nothing new, right? If anything, we're always consistent at being inconsistent and unpredictable.
But please, rest assured! We will not be lazy and idle during the summer months! At least any more than we usually are! We hope to continue working on the site over the new few months, giving it a much-needed facelift and clean up. We won't be announcing these changes as they happen, but if you do chance upon the site and see tweaks and fiddles and little mice scurrying around, rest assured that it's just us, experimenting and beating at code with lead pipes. The Tower of Bad Sorcery plans to put all employees to work over the next few months, even if it means I have to pull out my whip to do it.
If you notice something broken, give it 24 hours before reporting it. You may be noticing something broken right at the moment we just busted it. So we'll be quite aware. Feel free to send us feedback though, to let us know how we're doing, whether you love it or hate it, or just to send us cookies and fruity drinks. We love you big time.
So have a great summer. Take a vacation, go swimming in the ocean, or do something exciting. We'll be expecting your "What I Did For Summer Vacation" essay some time in September.
