The Dragonlance Addict

"The DL Addict"-public service announcement, take 1.
On your places, ACTION !

Hi, my name is Troy McClure, you probably know me from such movies as "The Lord of the Rings" or "Dungeons and Dragons". Well, as an actor, I know the importance of a healthy body and a healthy mind. I'm here to tell you about the dangers of Dragonlance-literature. It's bad for your mind. Sure, the covers are all nice with their beautiful women and big swords. All the cool kids at school do it and you want to be cool too. You'll just try it out on the weekend with your friends and it all seems okay. The plots are cool and the characters are well-defined and interesting. You keep saying to yourself that you won't get hooked. But the thruth couldn't be more different. Such is the power of Dragonlance that you'll get hooked just after that first expmeriment. Soon you'll just be another Dragonlance-junkie, with your overgrown topknot and your magic wand that makes light when you say the magic word. Believe me kids, I'm talking from experience I used to do DL-literature. When I was a troubled teenager, it seemed like the only way out of my problems. I still get some flashbacks of Sturm's death and the defeat of Takhisis. Just like me, you can be saved too. Talk to your friends, talk to your parents, talk to your teachers. Hey, just talk to someone, it helps a lot. I hope that you will listen to my advice and do not try it. Remember that even a try can get you hooked.
Dragonlance - leave it for the elves.

CUT ! And it's a wrap, thank you everyone.

Now where did I put my Dragons of a Lost Star?
