, hereinafter referred to as Sender, and , hereinafter referred to as Reciever, hereby agree to this day or , in the year AC SC (circle one), as follows:

1) Sender contemplates the willful expression of dedication and completeness.
2) Sender is willing to make a full and complete disclosure of the Sender's emotional state at the time of the transaction of this document.
3) Sender releases any expectation of reciprocation from the Receiver, regardless any previous history.
4) Sender understands the full implications of transaction of this document to the Receiver.
5) Sender is willing to perform following transactions of the follow nature:
a) An exercise in podiatical massage, hereinafter referred as a Foot Rub.
b) A benefaction of variously pruned seed plant differentiated into a calyx, corolla, stamens, and carpels of the species Rosa of the family Rosaceae comprised of the following colors , hereinafter referred as Roses (check each as they apply):
i) Blue
ii) Red
iii) Pink
iiii) White
iiiii) Yellow
iiiiii) Black
c) A collection of confectionary prepared from ground roasted cacao beans, hereinafter referred as Chocolates.
6) Sender is acceptable towards a pre-arranged meeting at a designated area operated by a proprietor with a licensed and inspected food establishment with a zoning form D, hereinafter referred as Dinner.
7) Sender is acceptable towards a pre-arranged meeting at a designated area operated by a proprietor with a licensed and inspected projection-oriented display of moving pictures presented in sequential time displacement, hereinafter referred as a Movie.
8) Receiver accepts this statement of transaction without any assumption of the return of same services of a Foot Rub, Roses, and Chocolates, and without any assumption of continued interaction through a Dinner and Movie by the Sender.

9) Both Sender and Receiver are represented by separate and independent legal counsel of their own choosing.

10) This agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and may be modified only in a writing executed by both Sender and Receiver.

11) In the event it is determined that a provision of this agreement is invalid because is it contrary to applicable law, that provision is deemed separable from the rest of the agreement, such that the remainder of the agreement remains valid and enforceable.

12) This agreement is made in accordance with the laws of the clan of __________, and any dispute regarding its enforcement will be resolved by reference to the laws of that clan.

13) This agreement will take effect immediately upon the solemnization of the transaction between the two parties.
