Obituary: The Tower Guardian
The Tower Guardian, of the Tower of Bad Sorcery, died sometime in the last few months in his closet in the Tower, finally succumbing to a long illness.
The Tower Guardian had been with the Tower of Bad Sorcery from the beginning, and rarely ventured outside the tower walls. His life was one of solitude, contemplation, and house keeping, as well as a constant object of ridicule for the Raistlins. Until illness overtook him over a year and a half ago, he was also a fixture of the Dragonlance Underground forums, lamenting about the treatment he suffered.
The Tower Guardian had no known parents, had never married, and died a virgin. He is survived by his mop and bucket and has no other known family.
A private memorial service was held in the Tower for the Raistlins and Live Ones. He was ground into mulch and spread out over Niltsiar's rose garden in the Ticklish Grove outside the Tower.
There would have been a visitation, but the body was badly decomposed and nobody wanted to pony up the funds for a casket any ways.
