Today on Krynn:

Throtl Attacks!!-
War broke out in Throtl yesterday, as a faction of Goblins attacked a faction of Hobgoblins. Apparently the fight broke out between the two parties when a Goblin and Hobgoblin got into a heated argument about which part of a human was considered dark meat, and which part was considered light. It is not yet clear how the argument developed into a full scale war, but it is known that Gnomish Weaponry was used. Loud screeching noises and bright flashes of light continued on into the night. Although there was no offensive movement across Throtl's borders, one man from the nearby village of Garder was knocked cold by a turkey propelled by a Gnomish Cannon.

New Magical Artifacts have been discovered-
A new artifact was discovered today buried deep beneath the sands of the Desert of Palanthas. This artifact (or should I say artifacts) comes in seven separate parts, each a small clear-orange ball decorated with stars. There are seven of these balls in total. Each ball, in the center, sports a different star pattern. Rumors abound as to the use of the strange objects and presently even the Conclave of Wizards seems baffled.

Malystryx opens new sport-
All is not quiet in The Red's region. Malystryx, yesterday, announced that within her borders Kender are now Open Season. Immediately, Goblins, Ogres and Humans alike took up arms. Trade has begun in the production of Kender Pelts. While many believe that the unfortunate Kender will be left to their fate, a villager living near The Red's border thought differently. "We'll have the Solomnics 'ere if we have to ta stop it!" the farmer stated. "We can't have th' little buggers migratin' here!"
